We use UPS and USPS
for shipping our Wall Murals.
If you live in the United States then
UPS Shipping is available for Overnight, Next day, and Ground Delivery.
USPS is for our International customers and is available for Ground and
Priority Delivery
Artqueen Wall Murals pack our wall murals in High Qualty heavy duty tubes and we custom inspect every wall mural before it leaves our locations. We insure the wall murals with the shiping provider and if a wall mural is damaged during shipping a claims file for the wall murals with the shipping company will result in a full refund of the wall mural. At that point we can either reprint the wall mural for the clinet or refund the entire order.
A tracking number is created with every order and orders can be tracked if clients need to know where the wall mural is. Please call us directly at 772-224-8118 if you need to find tracking information on a mural purchase that you placed with Artqueen Wall Murals.
Returns Policy:
All of our wall murals are custom printed per order and inspected for the highest quality. Returns are accepted only if wall murals are damaged during shipping or if incorrect in size.
Our Wall Murals are unique in the Fine Art printing market. They are printed on a per order basis and with only the highest Quality Kodak Media and Inks If your piece is damaged during the shipping process a claim can be filed with the shipper for a full refund of the original cost.
IN MOST CASES THE SHIPPER WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE LOST. Artqueen Wall Muralsdoes not accept returns fo wall murals unless they are damaged.
